what payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (exception of Amex) and debit cards.
No cash is left on the premises.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in – 2:00pm – 05.00pm
Check out – 10.00am
Is there luggage storage available before check in?
Yes, the luggage can be stored free of charge after check-out. The luggage can also be stored before 2:00pm by appointment. Please call (08 9904 7342).
Can I arrive after hours?
Please advise us if you will be late arrival and we will make contactless check in options available for you.
Are pets welcome?
No, we are NOT pet friendly.
Can I bring in guests that are not staying at the property?
For security reasons, guests are not permitted on the property.
Is there a kitchen available to cook?
Yes, we have a wonderful fully equipped kitchen with ample space for everyone.
Do you offer laundry facilities?
No, however there is a local laundrymat close by.
How secure is the building and do you offer parking?
Yes, we have security parking an the property has 24 hour video surveillance.
Is there an age restriction for check in?
The minimum age for solo guests is 18 years.
Does the property offer wifi?
Yes, we offer FREE wifi.
Do the rooms have air-conditioning?
We do not have air-conditioning in the rooms, however there are fans in each rooms.
Smoking and Vaping rules in rooms
No, smoking isn’t allowed, there is a designated smoking area. E-cigarettes are not permitted. Failure to follow these rules will result in a fine of 100 AUD.
